At Bare Beauty Bar, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition that you received them.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used products

• Spray tan solutions or skincare that has been opened

• Gift cards

• Sale or discounted items

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product and packaging so we can make it right.

How to Start a Return

At Bare Beauty Bar, we carefully package every order to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Time
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package.

Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Bare Beauty Bar is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, Bare Beauty Bar is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
